Depending on the level of support you require, we’ll provide a tailor-made package to help move your flood resilience idea forward. Determined by the scale of your project, you’ll have a dedicated Technology Research Manager and access to cutting-edge testing equipment and facilities.
We have a varying range of products and services and by working in collaboration with our Technology Research Managers, we can help assess your individual requirements.
Our tailor-made business support packages could include in-depth sector-based workshops, design and testing services, VR modelling, prototyping, business planning, social impact studies and much more.
The first step of your journey will be a conversation with a member of our team, who will talk through your idea.
Working together we’ll develop your project specification and put together a tailor-made Innovation Support Package based on your requirements.
We have developed a series of specialist sector and technology-based workshops to help and encourage SMEs to explore opportunities in flood resilience innovation.
Your dedicated Technology Research Manager will work with you throughout your project, with the support of University academics and specialist equipment, at no cost to your company.
The Flood Innovation Centre team will create a final project report providing an overview of the project and recommendations for the next steps of your innovation.
Although our time working together has come to an end, we will continue to work with you or support you in any way we can. This could be a referral to one of our partner organisations that offer funding or further support opportunities within the University of Hull.
